The KC Venue tour is a traveling event where engaged couples are shuttled through a downtown route to experience a variety of venues and meet wedding pros for their upcoming wedding.
It’s a modern twist on the wedding show concept that is unique, fun, and a fresh way for couples and vendors to connect.

HOW IT WORKS
PRE-EVENT EDUCATION – Couples are sent an educational PDF with each venue’s information (capacity, requirements, open dates etc.), vendors that can be seen at each location, and any specials that the venues and vendors are offering.
STARTING POINT – Couples are welcome to start their journey at any of the venues on the route and check in upon arrival.
TRANSPORTATION – Vehicles will be running the venue loop and will be available for couples to hop on and off at their desired stops through the duration of the event.
MEET, GREET & TOUR – Couples will meet and learn more about the venues and additional vendors that are on-site to showcase their services.
- BOOKINGS & SO ON – Day-of bookings can be made with venues and vendors alike. A leads list of attending couples will be delivered after the event for further follow-up.

WED KC Advertisers: $300
Non-Advertisers: $500
While venues can request information, the final venues are selected by Wed KC to ensure that the route is most ideal. A limited number of booths are held for each vendor category, one vendor type per host venue – contact us to inquire about availability. All booths are first come first served. A signed agreement and deposit constitute a competed reservation. A deposit of $100/show is required to hold booth space.
