
Wed KC is thrilled to launch their new project for Kansas City wedding professionals: Brand Day!
This event was created as an opportunity to capture updated branded photos for businesses within the wedding industry. From head shots to in-action snaps to product flat lays and team photos, the photo session is flexible to allow for a business to capture exactly what they are needing.
Attendees have the choice of a photographer that matches their branding esthetic, as well as multiple backdrops/settings in which to take photos. During the 45-minute session, the wedding pro can bounce between their preferred photo backdrops to grab as many quality photos as they can within the time allotment.
Professionally captured and edited photos will be delivered to the wedding pro following the shoot to use on their website, social media, and in promotional materials.
Workshops Include:
- Choice of Photographer to match Brand
- Multiple settings/backdrops for photos
- 45-minute photo session for individual or team use
- Props/tables/chairs for use at the shoot
- Gallery link to professional photos from photographer
- Optional: on-site hair and makeup service
PARTICIPATION FEE:
Wed KC Advertisers – $200 + optional hair & makeup
Non-Wed KC Advertisers – $350 + optional hair & makeup

A look-book of backdrops will be emailed out prior to the shoot so attendees can prepare their outfits and/or props. Photo areas are to include:

- New Year’s Celebratory Setting
- Black & White Glam Booth

Prop Inspiration:
Don’t forget your craft! This is the perfect opportunity to get in-action images with your specialty – bring flowers to arrange into a bouquet, a cake to finesse, or an invitation to style into a flat-lay – and all the while the photographer will be capturing you “at-work”.
Hair & Makeup Services:
Hello Lovely will be on-site offering hair and makeup services for any wedding professional. Services must be reserved at the time of purchasing a ticket so that hair and/or makeup services can be scheduled prior to the start of the 45-minute photo timeframe.
- Hair Styling – $80
- Makeup Service- $120
- Both Hair & Makeup Services – $200

If you have more than 3 employees that you wish to bring to Brand Day, please contact Britney in order to discuss scheduling. This will allow us to ensure that we have enough time allotted for the specific photos you are wanting to capture as well as the correct staff for hair and makeup if you are wanting to add on these services.
